For all hair colour services there is an $8 chemical charge added. All Spa services totaling $85 or more are subject to a $5 Environmental Fee as of June 1st 2024. All Spa Packages cannot be split up or shared and must be done on the same day. There is a cancellation policy of 48 hours notice required. If less than 48 hours notice there is a fee of $25 for services totaling less than $100, $50 for services $100 or more (per person). We do not offer refunds. Credit card is required for every service over $100 in the spa and for every colour service.

Spa Packages cannot be split or shared and must be used on the same day. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Cancellation fees apply as follows: $25 fee for services under $100, $50 fee for services over $100 (per person & before tax). We do not offer refunds. Credit card is required for all Online Bookings to secure the appointment time and for group bookings of 3 or more guests.
